| In the event of an entire night being canceled due to weather
conditions, the league will be extend one week (one time only) in which the
canceled night will be held on Tournament night, and the Tournament will be
moved to the following week. |
|
| All
matches begin on the half hour, with a 10 minute warm-up period. Play begins at 40 minutes past the hour,
with the best 2 out of 3 games. The
1st 2 games are played rally scoring to 25, win by 2, the 3rd game if needed
is rally scoring to 15. The Referee may alter the scoring method should the
1st or 2nd game be overly long in length. League games determine seeding for
league ending tournament. |

| Should your team be unable to make a game, call Sand Sports at
480-921-7263 by 4:00pm game day. We
will notify the other team. No-shows
will be considered a forfeit.
Allowable make-up games are the responsibilities of the canceling team
and are not officiated. |

| Teams are to be advised that NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are to be
brought onto the patio, volleyball court or the inside premises of Coyote
Hill from outside sources. Violation of this rule will result in the
responsible party(s) being EXPELLED FROM THE LEAGUE & Coyote Hill. |
